Hospice Care or Palliative care
Hospice care and palliative care are both types of care that focus on
improving the quality of life of patients with serious illnesses.
Hospice care is a type of end-of-life care that is provided to patients
who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness and have a prognosis of
six months or less to live. Palliative care, on the other hand, is a
type of care that is provided to patients who have chronic illnesses,
regardless of their prognosis.
